Chasing documents
Bank statements, receipts, payment summaries. Three emails and a phone call later, the file is still waiting.
- 02
Re-keying data
PDFs arrive by email and get typed into Xero or MYOB, line by line.
- 03
Onboarding clients
Engagement letters, ID checks, questionnaires. Since July 2026, AML/CTF rules add client checks to every new file.
- 04
BAS and deadlines
Reminders go out one by one, when someone remembers.
- 05
Same questions
“Did you get my statement?” “Where is my return at?” The same answers, every day.

Questions
FAQ
01We already use Xero.
Good, we start from it. The lost time is almost always between tools: the inbox and Xero, Xero and the client. That link is what gets automated.
02What about client confidentiality?
A written confidentiality agreement is signed before any access. Automations run in your accounts, with your logins, and everything built belongs to you.
03Where are you based?
Perth. I meet Perth firms in person and everyone else by video.
04How much does it cost?
It depends on what we automate. You get a fixed price in writing before anything starts, and it doesn't move.
05Who owns what you build?
You do. The automation and its documentation are handed over to you.
